Langley House Trust specialises in providing ex-offenders with accommodation, support and rehabilitation within a caring Christian environment. Our Taunton project with training facilities, is now recruiting.
You'll need to be flexible and adaptable to reflect the Project's Challenging and demanding nature. In return, you'll gain experience of working within the criminal justice field, and with the opportunity to further your career by obtaining a relevant qualification.
You'll spend time working with residents helping them achieve the aims of their care and support plan which you will assist in formulating and reviewing. Working in a team, you'll maintain case records and liaise with external agencies. Playing a full part in the rota, you'll working 20 hours per week plus roted on call cover, whilst you do not need any specific experience for this role, an understanding or the work we do is a must.
