In April 2014, Langley House Trust achieved Investors in People Silver status.

CEO Tracy Wild comments:

I am very pleased to announce that the Trust has been successful in securing the Investors in People (IIP) Silver award. Last year we secured the bronze status and this year we have built on our success through gaining the silver status. It reinforces to me what a great organisation Langley House Trust is.

Langley House Trust has held Investors in People status for a number of years but the achievement of silver status marks another step in its journey to be seen as an employer of choice. The Human Resources team were commended for their work in gaining the award.

The IIP silver award is not only a ‘feel good’ award but a widely recognised external acknowledgement of investment in employees.
