Langley House Trust is delighted to have been awarded the PQASSO Quality Mark at Level 2.
PQASSO is the only quality standard developed by the third sector for the third sector. It helps organisations to improve their performance standards, quality management system and outcomes monitoring.
The quality mark heralds a significant achievement, particularly in demonstrating service user involvement at the heart of Langley’s delivery, design and governance.
It means that Langley also receives the Charity Commission’s badge of approval confirming that the charity meets the Hallmarks of an Effective Charity.
Speaking about the quality mark, CEO Tracy Wild said:
Langley has always sought to be a charity that delivers high quality services to both our service users and to our commissioners. Receiving this external verification is a great accolade and a reflection of the hard work and commitment of our staff. We are delighted to have been awarded this.
The quality mark will be valid for three years and will remain in place until September 2017.
