Langley House Trust has been shortlisted in the LaingBuisson Awards 2015.

We have successfully been shortlisted in the ‘Care Pathways’  and ‘Risk Management’ categories which recognises organisations who show excellence and innovation in delivering care. The awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday 11th November and will the be first of its kind for LaingBuisson.

The award nomination is particularly notable as offenders often face difficulties in accessing healthcare. There is a lack of specialist provision for offenders with care needs in the community, meaning that some individuals stay in prison long after their sentence has ended. Elderly offenders are also the fasting growing prison population. Our support and care provision in specialised care homes is helping to address this need.

LaingBuisson is the UK’s foremost provider of information and market intelligence in the independent health, community care and childcare sectors.
