The LaingBuisson Awards recognise innovation, prowess, quality and success in the independent healthcare sector and the significant value that it brings to healthcare delivery.
Langley won the Risk Management Award for our Referrals, Care and Complex Needs team who demonstrated excellence and dedication in managing complex referrals for ex-offenders requiring specialist care in the community.
Our risk management approach is reflected by our reconviction rate for individuals whilst in our services – with over 97% of men and women staying crime-free.
The awards were judged by a panel which included expertise from the Royal College of Nursing, the National Autistic Society, the Private Healthcare Information Network, Imperial College and NICE. Michael Portillo, a former politician, hosted the evening.
Speaking about the award, CEO Tracy Wild said: “I am delighted that we have secured this prestigious award from LaingBuisson and for the recognition of the hard work and commitment of our Referrals, Care and Complex Needs Team.”
