Staff conferences for Langley House Trust and Kainos Community (our sister charity) celebrated staff success in May and June this year.
Almost 200 staff from across both charities came together to learn more about the vision and future of the Trust, as well as receive awards for staff achievement.
Several staff members won their very own ‘Oscars’ – an Outstanding Support and Care Award which recognised significant achievement in helping ex-offenders transform their lives.
The conferences featured a guest speaker from the National Offender Management Service and BeNCH Community Rehabilitation Company. Both provided a wider perspective of the changes in the Criminal Justice system, particularly through Transforming Rehabilitation.
Speaking about the conferences, one staff member said: “It was great to be able to recognise staff contribution and commitment at these conferences. It reminded me that I work for a great organisation which really does make a difference.”
