Achievement to be recognised at new Staff Conferences

Langley House Trust will be celebrating staff who go the extra mile at our new set of staff conferences in May and June 2015.

The new staff conferences will recognise the contribution that individual staff members have made to the work of Langley, and our sister charity, Kainos Community, in helping ex-offenders turn their lives around after prison.

They will also provide a platform for staff to engage with the direction and future plans of the Trust as we expand under new criminal justice initiatives, such as Transforming Rehabilitation.

We employ over 200 staff, the majority of whom are based in projects across England, who provide vital support and care to men and women leaving prison. Speaking for our Annual Review last year, one staff member said: “The best thing about working for Langley is that we are trying to make a difference. We’re working with people to help them figure out how they’re going to live their lives for the better.”

The staff conferences will be held in Huddersfield and Cheltenham and will also feature a guest speaker from the National Offender Management Service (NOMS).
