Using a treasure box helped to raise awareness of Langley’s work with ex-offenders at the Big Church Day Out on 23rd and 24th May 2015.

Attendees were challenged to find the right key to open the box in order to gain a piece of treasure – as a parallel for how we work with ex-offenders, finding the right ‘key’ to help individuals engage and start to make changes to turn their lives around after prison.

The event was a success, with several thousands attending the Big Church Day Out, which is one of the UK’s largest Christian festivals. Langley will be taking the treasure box to New Wine and Greenbelt later this year to raise awareness of our work with ex-offenders.
